A quick, little animation for the Adobe UK #TransitionChallenge on Twitter. The challenge was to take a logo from the red squares to the hexagon in anyway you fancy! I converted the icons into characters, that span about to transition from each icon and character to the final icon state. I love experiments like this and let me loose approaching this challenge in a fast, fun way.
Below is a timelapse of how the animation was made. It was animated traditionally, frame-by-frame in Adobe Animate CC, then comped, coloured and rendered in After Effects.
